You are free to sell your developed portal(s) along with the domain name, but one time only. You may only sell only 1 domain name containing developed portal(s) per 6 calender months. You may not: franchise, copy the portal files ( except 1 copy for backup purposes ), utilize your portal for any types of malicious uses, sell the portal in any partial, individual or deconstructed form including php script or XML parser, give it away, nor have rights to resell your portal, all components inclusive, more than one time. Your use and success of Easy Portal Creator will be based on your own efforts and you agree that our company will not liable for any failure of your business that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase and use of Easy Portal Creator. Easy Portal Creator affords an opportunity for you to easily access eBay.com's affiliate program.
